WHY I HAVE THIS PROGRAM
Recruit the Employer is my signature program. It's designed to help $100K+ women understand where their value is, help market themselves, and negotiate their salary! I want to equip women to make moves so we can get rid of the gender pay gap and do away with a lack of confidence in our careers!
Why do I have this program? I want to see people in jobs they love, earning the money they deserve – and women in particular! I believe money is a tool to be generous, to help yourself grow, and to care for your family. Yes, the love of money can be detrimental, but money itself is a tool to be used!
I have spent 5 years in career coaching, working with men and women. I’ve believed for years in the power of empowering women – but not at the expense of disempowering men. I've had great male bosses and clients. But here's the thing...over the last year and a half, I have seen the most amazing results and had the most fun coaching so many incredible women! Women have unique challenges and struggles and gifts and value in their careers!
Here's what I've learned and am leaning into:
I want to help change a generation of career women who show up and own what they’re doing, but don’t have to be crazy aggressive in the process – they’re kind, they’re driven, they’re themselves, and they are flourishing!
I want to see more women who are stepping up and owning their story, leaning into their strengths instead of worrying about their weaknesses, and owning what they are really good at!
HOW IT WORKS
Recruit the Employer is an 8-week program with 4 modules:
- Clarity on the Job
- Finding the Job
- Marketing to the Job
- Landing the Job
The program is done in a group format. There’s some one-on-one time with me and then a group going through the program together. Clients receive support throughout the week through weekly calls, email support, and a private LinkedIn group. In the module "Marketing to the Job", we provide a LinkedIn revamp, resume rehaul, and a cover letter! Plus you get 8 modules to listen to on your own (mobile app and computer-accessible). We provide support throughout the entire process.
AND we want every woman to feel known. We keep the group very small so that I can know every single one of my clients. I want to know their stories, their career stories, and to know them personally. As women, we are social creatures. We care about the personal just as much as the professional, even if we’re career-driven.
If you’re thinking about changing jobs in a year, you need to start this NOW! The program is 2 months long, but finding a job at your level takes about 6 months on average, so you need to start framing your plan now to start working on the next step!
WHY A GROUP
Because we are social creatures, this is such a win! I love the networking aspect of the program. This is why I chose to do it in a group format. Women are connecting all over the place! With one another, with other jobs or friends, and more! We're supporting each other on the journey and building community!
